Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Antikythera Technologies (Pty) Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access our services.

2. Services Description

Antikythera Technologies provides:

• AI consulting and implementation services
• Custom software development
• Machine learning model development and deployment
• System integration services
• Technical consulting and advisory services

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All intellectual property created by Antikythera Technologies remains our property until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed solutions transfers to the client
• We retain the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and know-how developed during projects
• Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant necessary access to systems and data required for project completion
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Proprietary information and trade secrets
• Business strategies and plans
• Technical specifications and source code
• Client data and personal information

6. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data:

• All data is handled in accordance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) and GDPR where applicable
• We implement industry-standard security measures
• Data is only used for agreed-upon purposes
• We do not sell or share client data with third parties

7. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the value of services provided
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services
• Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days written notice
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• Upon completion of agreed services
• Work completed to date remains billable

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of South Africa.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
